 Here at
the Kajiado Cultural Resort, we have a cultural learning
centre that provides information on how Kenya's
indigenous tribes used to live and interact with each
other. The centre has samples of traditional houses and
other artifacts from the olden days, offers lectures on
the rich heritage of some of Kenya's tribes, organizes
traditional dances and other entertainment that depict
the traditional way of life. In addition to these
activities, you will find on this site, additional
papers with detailed information on some of Kenya's well
known tribes such as the Maasai and the Kikuyu among
others.
You will get to
watch traditional dances, houses, learn about their
history, how they used to live and interact, get to
sample the local food and what they used to wear. This
will be a great experience that will leave you educated
and entertained.
You will also get to take home with
you traditional artifacts that can be bought right here
at the culture village. This is an experience you
wouldn't want to miss.
